BCA assessment
The design assessed against the BCA/NCC, clause by clause.
Only a fraction of the BCA/NCC applies to any one sheet, and working out which fraction is the job. CIM assesses the architectural set against the provisions that apply to the building's class and construction type, and cites the clause, the sheet and the revision behind every finding.
