AI-suggested RFIs
RFIs drafted from what the documents contradict.
The distance between spotting a conflict and getting an RFI out is admin. CIM drafts the RFI from the finding: the question, the sheets it concerns, the revision and the extract, in the wording your team uses. A person reviews every draft before anything is sent. Currently in beta with a small group of builders.

The old way
Days pass on a finding somebody already made
The finding waits for someone to have an hour
Find the sheet again, write the question, attach the extract, log it. Days pass on a conflict somebody already spotted.
The evidence gets found twice
Once during the audit, and again to write the question.
Short notice windows close on known questions
On a job with a short notice period, those days are the whole entitlement.

The RFI is drafted the day the finding is made
The question, the sheets it concerns, the revision and the extract come back as a draft, in the wording your team uses.
A person sends it, always

What it does for your team
Builders
Days off the notice clock
The question, the sheets and the extract come back drafted, so the RFI goes out the day the finding is made.
Consultants
Questions that arrive answerable
Each RFI names the sheet, the revision and the conflict, so the answer takes one pass.
Certifiers and surveyors
The information request, written
What the set does not say clearly enough to assess, raised as a drafted request for a person to send.
