Cut your RFI load
Answering RFIs is work you do not get paid for.
A large share of the RFIs on any job trace back to something the documentation left ambiguous. Each one costs a senior person an hour, sits inside a fee that assumed a fraction of that volume, and arrives with a response deadline attached to somebody else's schedule.
CIM reads your set the way the main contractor's team will and returns the ambiguities before issue - the detail that stops short, the specification that covers two conditions, the note that contradicts the plan - each cited to the page it sits on.
The gap gets closed while it is a drafting task. The question never gets asked, the deadline never lands, and the hours stay on the projects you are actually being paid to draw.
