Integration
Procore integration
Your Procore drawings and documents, audited as they land.
Procore already holds the current set. Getting that set in front of an audit usually means someone downloading a folder of PDFs, naming them, and uploading them somewhere else - which happens once, and then stops happening on the third reissue.
Connect Procore and the drawings and documents come across on their own. When a new revision is issued, the audits run against it: the comparison against the last issue, the compliance checks, the schedules and the scope registers.
Findings carry the sheet and the revision they came from, so what CIM returns can be traced straight back to the document in Procore that produced it.
Before CIM
- Somebody downloads and re-uploads the set by hand, when they remember.
- Audits run against whatever revision was last copied across.
- Findings reference a PDF nobody else can find.
With CIM
- Drawings and documents sync from Procore as they are issued.
- Every audit runs against the current revision.
- Each finding traces back to the source sheet and revision.
