Plenty of project documents live in a shared Drive folder - the consultant reports, the marked-up sketches, the trade breakups, the set a subcontractor sent through last week.
Connect Drive and those folders sync into CIM. Anything added later comes across on the next run, so the audit is looking at what the team is actually working from.
Access follows the folders you connect. Nothing outside them is read.
