Aconex integration

Transmitted documents, audited the day they arrive.

Aconex is the contractual record of what was transmitted and when. That makes it the right place to audit from - and the hardest place to get documents out of quickly, because the transmittal arrives on a Friday and the review starts whenever someone opens it.

Connect Aconex and the transmitted set syncs into CIM. The comparison against the previous issue runs on arrival, so a change that came in without a cloud is on the register the same week it was transmitted.

Each finding carries the document reference and revision it came from, which is what makes it worth something when the entitlement is argued later.

Before CIM

  • A transmittal sits unopened until someone has a clear day.
  • Unclouded changes surface months after they were transmitted.
  • The audit trail lives in one reviewer's inbox.

With CIM

  • Transmitted documents sync into CIM as they arrive.
  • The comparison against the previous issue runs on arrival.
  • Every finding carries its document reference and revision.

Send us a transmittal. We'll show you what came in without a cloud on it.
