Estimate Labs Pty Ltd (operating as “CIM Build,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about U.S. visitors and customers, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and other U.S. state privacy laws.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, company, and IP address.
- Commercial information — products or services you have purchased or considered, and billing details (payment card data is handled by our payment processor).

- Professional information — your role and employer, and, if you apply for a job, your application materials.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to process transactions and communicate with you; to respond to support requests; for analytics and product development; for marketing (subject to your choices); and to comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing, email and marketing platforms), to professional advisers, in connection with a corporate transaction, and to authorities where required or permitted by law. In the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information for money. We may share certain identifiers and internet-activity information with advertising partners, which may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; request deletion; request correction; obtain a portable copy; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, email jacky@cim.build. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
Do Not Sell or Share / opt-out: to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, email us at the address above or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser. [TBD: confirm GPC handling and add a “Your Privacy Choices” link if required.]
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta tools, to operate our site, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising through the providers’ tools.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We may use AI and machine-learning technologies, including third-party AI services, to analyze documents and generate estimates. We treat AI-generated information about individuals as personal information, maintain human oversight of significant outputs, and require AI service providers to protect personal information under contract.
